Project Overview

Ananya College of Medicine & Research is envisioned as a self-sustained medical education and healthcare campus that integrates an 180-bed multispecialty hospital, a full-fledged medical college, residential facilities for students and staff, and essential support infrastructure. The objective was to create a state-of-the-art, regulation-compliant, and future-ready campus that fosters learning, care, and community living in a green and efficient environment.

Planning Highlights

  • Efficient zoning ensured separation of academic, clinical, and residential areas while allowing seamless connectivity.
  • Designed for phased construction to allow early operation of hospital and initial intakes in college.
  • Vertical planning was optimized to balance FSI utilization and accessibility.
  • Special attention was given to daylighting, ventilation, and sustainability, including basement parking and rooftop terraces.
  • Hospital and general ward blocks were planned with future scalability in mind, complying with NABH & AERB norms.

Achieved integrated design within the allowed FSI (1.8), utilizing 1.27 lakh sq. m. of built-up area

Successfully passed all local GDCR and preliminary NMC regulatory checks

The site layout and building footprints are ready for phased development and accreditation roadmap

Our vision is to build a 1200 bed hospital and medical campus in Kalol in which we shall treat 35% poor patients free of cost. This hospital shall also cater to all the PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat) Scheme patients and provide medical treatment to them for free. The hospital has been wonderfully designed by the Medigence team and its directors Urvish & Meeta Patel which shall provide quality medical services to hospital patients. Looking at the state-of-the-art design of the hospital, we believe that it will be one of the best hospitals not only in Gujarat but also in India..
