About Rahul Raina
Rahul Raina is a design leader with over 17+ years of experience spanning the Middle East, Africa, and India. A graduate of the School of Architecture at CEPT University, he has developed a strong command of architectural design, interior design, planning, and project delivery across residential, commercial, institutional, and mixed-use work.
His practice across different geographies has shaped a thoughtful and contextual approach to design. Working in varied climates, cultures, and site conditions has strengthened his ability to respond to real-world constraints while maintaining clarity in function and quality in expression.
At Medigence Solutions, Rahul leads the architectural and interior design direction for healthcare and allied facilities. He focuses on translating project requirements into coherent, well-integrated design solutions from early concept through detailed development and execution, with a consistent emphasis on user experience, operational efficiency, and lasting design quality.
Over the course of his career, he has led multi-disciplinary teams and managed projects across the full design spectrum, combining strategic design thinking with hands-on execution expertise.
Past Experience
Rahul has held progressive design leadership roles with leading architecture and design practices in India and abroad. His experience covers design direction, team leadership, project coordination, and on-ground delivery.
Internationally, he has worked on mixed-use, residential, commercial, institutional, and hospitality projects in Oman and across several cities in Africa. In India, his work includes large-scale residential townships, commercial developments, educational campuses, and institutional projects, including significant contributions to the campus planning and academic zone design for the Indian Institute of Management, Raipur.
He has consistently led teams of varying sizes and coordinated closely with consultants, vendors, and stakeholders across different regions.
