Principal Associate (Electra Techno)
As a consulting partner with Medigence Global, Megha brings not just experience — but conviction. The belief that infrastructure should never gamble with safety. That design must be future-ready and not reactionary. And better engineering is possible only when one remembers the human being who depends on it.
“Real engineering isn’t only about creating systems, it’s about creating safety, dignity, and trust in every drop of water and every breath of air we design for.”
If there is one line that describes Ms. Megha Bhatt, it’s this:
She doesn’t design buildings; she designs the invisible lifelines that allow people to live inside them without fear.
Two decades ago, a young civil engineer hailing from Ahmedabad – fresh out of Nirma University and later L.D. College of Engineering – looked at the world of infrastructure and saw something
others missed.
While most looked at how buildings stand, Megha chose to build what actually keeps them alive:
Water systems, fire systems, safety networks-the unseen engineering that decides whether a
space is truly safe.
The niche eventually became her calling.
And today, it is the reason she is one of the most respected names in MEPF design and
infrastructure engineering.
Her journey has been intense — not decorated, but earned.
From lecturing at CEPT University, shaping the next generation of engineers…
To leading teams as Head of Plumbing & Fire Fighting at INI Infrastructure Engineering, handling 100+ large-scale projects…
Now contributing to more than 350 projects across airports, metros, hospitals, hotels, and smart cities, wherein even a millimetre of compromise on safety cannot be afforded.
What sets her apart isn’t just the technical mastery- it’s in the way she wears it.
She is fiercely innovation-driven, obsessively quality-oriented, and unapologetically people-first.
Her designs do not chase numbers; they chase responsibility.
Those who work with her don’t describe her as “knowledgeable”; they describe her as transformative.
A leader who will fight for safety standards like it’s personal. A mentor who levels up her entire team without her having to say it out loud. A person who can be firm when necessary, yet compassionate at the right time.
