Kanba Multispeciality Hospital is a unit of Lakhani Hospitals Private Limited with 100+ beds, ultra modern amenities with most advanced technology, highly skilled and experienced team of Super Specialist Doctors and Staff located in Nikol area of Ahmedabad.

What was the hospital's vision?

Once they achieved NABH accreditation, the hospital could empanel various insurance companies for mediclaim and provide cashless treatment facilities to its patients. The hospital also got empanelled with all major Government schemes like Ayushman Bharat and MAA Yojana along with some corporate tie-ups as well.

Project Roadmap and Approach

When starting out, Medigence faced challenges with the hospital having limited understanding of NABH concepts, standards, clinical protocols and quality indicators which was resolved by conducting several regular workshops and training sessions on NABH standards and quality practices. We also created simplified manuals’ templates and checklists for the staff for easy references for guidance throughout the training process.

Medigence’s NABH Consulting team guided the hospital for renovating and upgrading several infrastructure compliances as recommended by NABH standards specially the key areas like CSSD (Central Sterile Supply Department), isolation rooms, and waste management facilities.

Medigence also assisted them formulate and maintain necessary standardised policies, SOPs and records to ensure appropriate policy and documentation and implementations.
