Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is a unit of Chunilal Mangalji Choksi Charitable Trust. Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is a 100 bedded charitable Hospital. Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital is one of the largest Multispeciality Hospital of Banaskantha with patient inflow from various districts of Banaskantha, Patan, Sirohi (Rajasthan), Jalor (Rajasthan), Badmer (Rajasthan) and Pali (Rajasthan).
What was the hospital's vision & Why did they choose Medigence?
The hospital approached Medigence with the aim of providing Quality Healthcare services at affordable rates. We were referred to Mavjat Multispeciality Hospital by Kimaya Hospital, Palanpur, following our continued association and delivered outcomes.
Project Roadmap and Approach
As an NABH consultant, the first approach as always was conducting a very comprehensive gap analysis that gave a clear roadmap as to what exactly was required in order to achieve the NABH accreditation in a smooth and structured manner.
Medigence’s NABH consultant team carried out initial workshops for explaining the importance of the accreditation to the hospital staff and linking it to improved patient outcomes and hospital reputation.
Medigence team conducted detailed training sessions with emphasis on mock drills, case-based learning, and interactive sessions resulting in better understanding of standards and protocols for doctors, nurses, and support staff.
